Beautiful Dogs (Pershore) ltd takes your privacy seriously and its commited to protecting your personal information. This policy sets out how the information you provide us with is used so that we may provide you with the best and safest groom.

We will need to collect data such as your name, address and contact detais. We need these so we can contact you when making appointments, for appointment reminders, whilst your dog is in our care and in case of an emergency. We also need details about your dog, including the vets you use and any medical conditions and behaviour issies that he or she may have. We will also keep a record of all moles, growths, warts, sore skin, coat condition etc. and keep you informed of any changes we may find. We need this information, so we can provide a safe grooming service. We may also collect pictures or videos of the work we do to use on social media.

How Your Information Will Be Kept

We use a business speicific Dog Grooming Software for our electronic records and this is password protected. We also keep back up hard copy client record cards and these are locked away during silent hours.

We will only use your personal information if we have:

  • Asked you and we have a record of your consent for us to do so.

  • A legal obligation to use or disclose information about you.

As a Customer of Beautiful Dogs (Pershore) Ltd we will keep your information for 12 months after your last visit or 12 months after your last contact with us. At this point, your electronic record will be deleted and your hard copy record card will be destroyed.
